Guys, we won a battle. A battle, one single battle. President Obama and a wave of new Democratic leaders won election, so that 3 ring ass clown circus is behind us. The Grand War however, is extremely far from over.

What is the Grand War?

In one word, it is greed.

Greed consumes so much of everything it has surpassed the realm of lunacy and is now directly in the octagon of complete fantasy. I talk about fantasy and living in fantasy land a lot when it comes to Republicans and conservatism, but this is really the point. It all comes to a head here.

So, why do I use the term “Grand War”? Is there a war that I am somehow not aware of?

Well, yes and no. There is a war being fought. A war on class. Class warfare.

Oh right, you’ve heard about this right? Poor, preferably black Americans sitting at the welfare trough slurping up their government checks asking for more and more and more, right? Yeah, we’ve heard of those people! LAZY N——-!!

Nope. Far from the truth. In fact, EXTREMELY far from the truth.

The REAL welfare queens in this country is the ultra rich. The greedy, super, ultra rich that if there is a hell or any form in the afterlife, THEY WILL BE THERE. Why do I say that?

These people do not want to give back in any form or fashion to the country that made them so great.

Let’s look at Wal-Mart. We shop at Wal-mart most of the time. No big deal, the prices are low and it’s a one stop shop. It’s convenient for us and I think as a business model it works. The thing I don’t like about Wal Mart is that their workers work in a sometimes war like retail environment for a wage that barely makes it over the poverty line; But the REAL fucking problem I have with Wal-Mart is that after making obscene and massive profits that would make GOD HIMSELF stagger a bit, they force their workers to get government assistance for daily living needs, like food stamps or medicaid with no real benefits to write home about.

Let’s think about what this means. We as taxpayers subsidize Wal-Mart’s workforce to make it even cheaper for them so they can turn any even MORE of a sick and massive profit.

Hate welfare queens? Hate the FUCK out of Wal-Mart.

Look at this quote from Bernie Sanders, one that ranks 100% true on politifact.com (Too bad so many other politicians cannot claim that honor):

Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, an independent who caucuses with Democrats, tweeted a startling statistic to his followers on July 22, 2012: “Today the Walton family of Walmart own more wealth than the bottom 40 percent of America.”

The WalMart heirs own more wealth then the bottom 40% of the country. Why stop there? WHY NOT JUST GO FOR THE FULL 50 FUCKING PERCENT!!!

Now before you tell me, well Mike, you just don’t understand… Walmart needs to do that to retain their low prices that most of us enjoy every day, let me point you to an almost exact same business model…. one of COSTCO.

So what makes Costco so successful? Arguably the biggest difference is how the retailer treats its workers. Walk into any Costco and look at the name tags. Chances are you will read the phrases “since 2002,” “since 1999” and “since 1995.” Costco workers get paid very well compared to their counterparts at chains including Walmart. In fact, employees working on the floor can make a salary that reaches the mid-$40,000 range; not bad for someone who starts working for the company out of high school. And while the vast majority of Costco’s employees are not unionized (most of those are legacy employees from Price Club that the Teamsters represent), over 80 percent have competitively priced health insurance plans. The outcome includes more productive workers, lower turnover and for what it’s worth, relatively high job satisfaction.

Costco’s average pay, for example, is $17 an hour, 42 percent higher than its fiercest rival, Sam’s Club. And Costco’s health plan makes those at many other retailers look Scroogish. One analyst, Bill Dreher of Deutsche Bank, complained last year that at Costco “it’s better to be an employee or a customer than a shareholder.”

Mr. Sinegal begs to differ. He rejects Wall Street’s assumption that to succeed in discount retailing, companies must pay poorly and skimp on benefits, or must ratchet up prices to meet Wall Street’s profit demands.

Good wages and benefits are why Costco has extremely low rates of turnover and theft by employees, he said. And Costco’s customers, who are more affluent than other warehouse store shoppers, stay loyal because they like that low prices do not come at the workers’ expense. “This is not altruistic,” he said. “This is good business.”

This isn’t rocket science. Did IQ’s just drop sharply while I was away? To be a CEO and be a friend of Wall St., do you have to have massive experience of wearing your ass as your hat? WHY IS THIS SO FUCKING DIFFICULT?

Why should we as tax payers subsidize Walmart’s already obscene astronomical profits by allowing them to take massive advantage of their workers? Why should we pick up the medical emergency tabs on health care while they get trampled over on Black Friday? Why should we have to provide them with food stamps when the families that work there aren’t paid enough to provide adequate care for their families? WHY, WHY, WHY?

I guess the same reason why we continue to subsidize the Oil & Gas industry.

But I guess I’m just young, right? I just don’t get it. I’ve heard people tell me that before. They love to lay that one down on me.

Well I do fucking get it.

We don’t have a democracy. There is only one golden rule: The people with the gold makes the rules. It’s upsetting, it’s depressing, it fucking sucks– But it is reality. My dad was right. Everything always comes down to money.

But here’s the reality: the money is there. The money is there for EVERYONE to do well. For families, for children, for education, for police and firefighters and post office workers, salesmen and yes, even Wall St.

But you have to let go of your greed.

Which brings us to this deficit reduction grand bargain plan that’s being discussed in Washington D.C.

Watch this video.

Now this fucking ass clown is the very same asshole who along with all his ass clown friends crashed our entire fucking economy, and he has the audacity, nay THE BALLS to tell us how to run this whole debate.

This problem is huge. It’s growing every single day. It’s on such a grandiose scale, that it’s very possible it may be too late to recover.

.. Seriously. These fucking roaches are coming out of the woodwork on this one. Having lost an election that was deemed not able to be lost with the implementation of Citizen’s United, Voter Suppression, Gerrymandering and SuperPACS, having blown essentially BILLIONS of dollars on one Presidential Campaign (just think where that money could of been better spent, hmmm too many to list here) and receive damn near nothing for it all, these ROACHES have their backs against the wall. They have to do something to make damn sure that the status quo stays exactly that. They don’t want anything to change!

At this point, right now, where we stand, we are taking from children, the poor, the elderly and middle class to subsidize greed. It’s sick, it’s immoral, it’s wrong, and it’s really fucking Un-American.

I want everyone to simply understand what has happened. Complete and utter fiscal irresponsibility in which normal tax payers had absolutely no say so for more then a decade, a bailout for Wall St. directly on the backs of tax payers with zero litigation, sky rocketing profits and CEO compensation, decades of war, and complete stagnation of normal middle class wages, cutting education and research and devolpment and (here’s the real fucking whopper) rivers of tears about the deficit  and proposals of cutting medicare and medicaid that directly impacts the poor and the seniors and children… Slashing almost EVERY social program, like job training, school grants, teachers, post office workers, PBS (Mitt Romney, FUCK YOU for this. Slam!!), child tax credits, home mortgage deductions, medicare, social security, roads, bridges, etc fucking etc. and all the while claiming that the wealthy, upper income earners are somehow an endangered species, like a bald eagle, and that we should protect them.

We should protect Wall St. They need more money.

You want to talk about welfare queens? You want to talk about getting something for nothing? You want to talk about an entitlement class? It’s RIGHT HERE!!

The rich own us. It’s true, and they’ve been raping us as middle class people for a really long time. What do you think the point of all the propaganda is? FOX News? CNBC? Seriously?

I really hope President Obama and the new wave of Democratic Senators can snuff this out and retain “entitlements” for middle class workers. Now, why do I put that in quotes? We aren’t talking about money raining down from the sky while I sleep in my pajamas, we are talking child tax credits, home mortgage deductions, medicare and social security, education, protection, justice, streets, interstates, bridges, etc etc. .. just so the rich can have even MORE then the bottom 40% of the country. This isn’t playtime.

If you live in Fantasy Land, it would be best to sit this one out.

What the ultra wealthy have GOT to understand is that once the poor are hungry enough, they will eat the rich.

It’s only a matter of time.

Stay classy out there!

-Mad Mike

Write your congressmen, tell him or her to stop living in FANTASY LAND and to start getting serious with the President of the United States.

One more thing:

I’ll leave you with an open door, if opened ever so slightly, just a crack that lets a single ray of light shine through, that of hope.

It’s a speech that proposes a Constitutional amendment on Citizens United, and a website for such a movement.
